Hi there, 😢😢😢 I am sorry to write this but I have to share my absolute terrible experience I just had at the following company. I suffer from severe mental health issues and am extremely depressed. I just went to this company and it was absolutely horrible. The people that work there are so rude and they threaten me. I feel extremely scared for my life. I need to go to my the****** to help me through this situation. There was a lady that made me feel really uncomfortable and extremely anxious and treated for my life. I just suffered an extremely anxious attack and I can’t breathe properly at the moment. I really would never go back to them again. I am so scared and feel like my brain is going to explode 🤯 😢😢😢 I would not recommend anyone going to this store. The staff are terrifying. I have never experienced such an atrocity like this in my life. Failure to deliver on time. Now withholding refund
In January we ordered a new oven to be shipped to Dar Es Salaam. The oven was to arrive in Dar in the first week of February.<br> Once there, there was problems with the paperwork sent with the oven. After weeks of back and forth trying to get said oven released from customs it was decided to have the oven sent back to the supplier. This had its own problems. During this time Steven agreed to refund the full amount to us. This refund was due in our account by 13th April. It is now 4th May and we still do not have our refund.
