Tahiti 20 umdloti sales and letting accommodation

We have been there as a group of 6. We booked around July for the accommodation. When we have paid for the deposit they sent us an email that they have changed us to another apartment because they have guest that would stay long. They sent us soo udly apartment that didn't look good and appealing. Which we refused and ended up agreeing about Tahiti 20. Which look better than the apartment they were sending. When we arrived there is no security by the gate and it's always open. Nobody to assist you with anything you have to call the office for help. We called the office Friday the TV was not playing and we didn't see the iron. They said they will send someone in the morning nobody came. After leaving they told us they are holding our depot because we broke the TV which is not true we left everything in order. But they didn't even send the photo we asked about that it took them 2 to 3 hours to send the photo and the TV didn't look like the TV that Wan in our room. They ****med us R1500. They are ****ers we left everything in order there and nobody is a drunk there
