The Rot at Seat Academy

This institution is rotten to the core, as they are consumed with deceit. They have no respect for human beings, as they lie to the media as to why the FET Phase (Grades 10 - 12) had to be discontinued. Employees leave them in droves, being owed R 000s for remuneration for work done. I'm convinced that the people at the top of this institution is into "educational" trafficking, i.e. you work for them, they receive the school fees, but nothing of these funds are used to pay employees. Everybody receives the same remuneration per month, meaning qualifications are simply irrelevant. I was told the night before I started, to bring my own laptop. HR, a non-existent business department, is never available to address any issues. Tutors are expected to work from 08h00 till 17h00, although they may have no classes after 14h00, even if there is no work to prepare. Parents need to know that to send their child to this institution is tantamount to academic suicide, "your child is going nowhere slowly".
