Stay away!

I saw an ad by them on tiktok and placed an order for R200. A month later and that order has cost me R2200. For nothing. At first I thought it was import costs, and then realised after another (different) amount was taken that something was wrong. I went and checked their original proof of purchase email and when I tried to visit their site through the link in their email, Seattle is now suddenly changed to "Kivora". Yesterday I sent them an extremely strong worded email. Today I got a reply from "Naledi Mokoena" saying that this is all because of a system failure due to the heavy peak season. "She" promised that it would sorted out and I will be receiving all my money back within the next 5-10 working days. I definitely won't be holding my breath. Stay away from social media advertising!!!
