Never ever have I EVER in my life experienced appalling customer service and apathy like I have from Secubond. Whilst financial institutions are notorious for bad service, this has stooped to a whole new low. It almost seems like you don't want my money. Three consultants keep shoving me from pillar to post amongst each other and simply forget to submit half of my documentation. After painfully long and quiet radio silences, I ask what is happening and I get told by Yvonne that Christelle will revert. Nothing for two days. I ask again. I'm told that Marsha will revert. Nothing for two more days... I ask what is happening, I get told they are waiting for my offer to purchase. I tell them I have already submitted the TITLE DEED. I am now exasperated. Shame on you SecuBond. Your \customer care consultants"give the rest a bad name. sloppy"
