Hi colleagues I found an exceptional service with Secubond. I'm highly satisfied with their process and support on each and every step of the way. 1. Their team is so professional and well organized 2. They're working together as a Secubond team to ensure success of their clients 3. They exceed the clients' expectations with service they provide Should you want no hassles with your bond application approval look no further, just speak to one of Secubond consultants. Marsha and Angelique have made my future my property finance was approved by the bank. After having been told by the other agents it was impossible. Keep up good work Marsha and Angelique!

Secubond provide service exellence compared to other bond originators.
Secubond assisted me a great deal in obtaining my mortgage loan. Angelic Cupido guided and kept me informed during the process. Secubond negotiated a lower rate than I have been paying. Without the assistance from Secubond I could have never succeeded. I surely will utilize your services in future. Thank you so much.

Secubond worst customer service ever
I am first time house buyer, I approached bond originator in order for them to help me with finding the best bond offer from the banks. Honestly this was the worst mistake I have ever done I have been communicating with one of the people from secubond, honestly I regret ever lodging an application with them, one of the consultant named Natasha she makes me feel small, am in the call with her, next thing there is another person talking to me, she just leave me there, her advices doesn't even help, she doesn't listen to me, it's like she undermines, she belittles me Worse part it's already too late for to cancel my application and go to the bank myself, because my application will clash with each other. If your consultants don't have energy to serve people like me, state so in your website honestly, a process of a buying is a huge step and tiring too, with consultants like Natasha it has just become a nightmare.

Secubond worst customer service ever

Extra two mile.
<p>I applied for a bond throug bond originators SecuBond end of April this year.</p> <p>I always knew I would qualify for a loan and was also very sure I will NOT get a 100% loan approved.</p> <p>SecuBond administrated my applications and as thought I got approval from a couple of banks, and none of them gave nearly 100%.</p> <p>The highest approved was 85% and because I would at least needed 90% to let the transaction be completed, I asked Angelique Cupido to see what she can do to up the approved loan to at least 90%.</p> <p>It took her a couple days and I was plesemtly surprised when she let me know that I was approved for a 100% loan.</p> <p>Angelique Cupido you are a star and a real asset in SecuBond.</p> <p>Comes highly recommended.</p> <p>Thanks again.</p> <p>Mel</p>

useless response and rude
I applied for a home loan in November last year and got rude emails saying they tried to call me at no avail... I responded with all my information that they needed and never heard from them again. I applied now again and said I am unavilable untill 3pm due to my job. I get another rude email and again told them available after 3pm. I got 5 calls from them and all went to my mail box THAT SAYS I AM ONLY AVAILABLE AFTER 3PM. DO THEY UNDERSTAND ENGLISH!!!

useless response and rude

Great service
This is a bit overdo, I got great service from Secubond, was informed every step of the way via email about the status of my application, got a good interest rate by Absa, even the attorneys at Manson Tobin attorneys were great. Three months after starting the whole process, the property was registered in my name. Thank you so much to everyone involved.

Great service

The finest example of atrocious customer care
Never ever have I EVER in my life experienced appalling customer service and apathy like I have from Secubond. Whilst financial institutions are notorious for bad service, this has stooped to a whole new low. It almost seems like you don't want my money. Three consultants keep shoving me from pillar to post amongst each other and simply forget to submit half of my documentation. After painfully long and quiet radio silences, I ask what is happening and I get told by Yvonne that Christelle will revert. Nothing for two days. I ask again. I'm told that Marsha will revert. Nothing for two more days... I ask what is happening, I get told they are waiting for my offer to purchase. I tell them I have already submitted the TITLE DEED. I am now exasperated. Shame on you SecuBond. Your \customer care consultants"give the rest a bad name. sloppy"
