Do NOT waste your money on a Midea machine! I bought mine less than a year ago, and it already stopped spinning properly. It’s still under warranty, but after logging a service request through Game, it’s been FOUR WEEKS and not a single technician has come out to help. They sent the troubleshooting email to the WRONG person, and when I finally got it, I had already done everything they suggested. I’ve been chasing them for weeks, and the Mir call centre is absolutely useless—no solutions, no urgency, no care. This brand clearly does not value its customers. If this is how they treat people during the first year of warranty, imagine the nightmare later. I deeply regret buying Midea and would strongly advise everyone to stay away from this brand!
Bought my machine last year, it still within warranty. The machine is no longer spinning properly, I went to game where I bought it they logged a call for me, I received a service request email. 3 weeks later my service request haven’t been attended. I called them they said they sent me an email to trouble shoot, I said I didn’t receive the email, and it looks like they sent it to the wrong person, they forwarded me the email to trouble shoot I told them I have already done all that. It’s going on 4 weeks now am still waiting no agent have contacted me. I regret buying this machine. Worse part it’s still haven’t been year.
I have been an IKhokha customer for almost 5 years now, recently my two machine stopped working, I immediately ordered a new machine online. I used my personal email address to transact different from the one that I used. I realize that I should have used the email in my IKhokha profile. I called them to rectify , I even confirm the delivery address. That was last week.This morning called enquiring about the delivery of the machine, I found out it’s not even dispatched. Every hour am busy receiving an email about onboarding from Keshnee Chinnasam which I have already rep**** to say I don’t need onboarding as I am already a customer. It’s been 6 days. I don’t have machine. My shop is not making any card transactions. I called spoke to Mohammed he said I will receive a dispatch and I have not received anything, I need the machine as it’s a long weekend, this is where as an smme I make a money. For now I was requesting to cancel my order and immediately go buy a yoco machine in a store near me, because I doubt I’ll receive the machine any time soon
My husband got a shock of his life when we were planning to buy a house. His credit report showed that he have a vodacom account which we don’t know about which is in arrears. We called vodacom they admitted that the fault is on their side. They said they will start investigating and they will get back. They never got back. Since last week we have been calling trying to resolve this issue, but we have not received any help. This is affecting us as we need to buy a house and it’s also affecting our prime rate.
I have two ikhokha machines in my shop. I wanted to change my banking account details of one machine, to my other business account numbers. I called ikhokha customer care spoke to Teresa , she said I must fill in the form and send in my account confirmation. I did all that . The next day I called wanting to speak to Teresa I wanted to know if she had received my email, and how long should I wait for the changes. I spoke to khanyi, she said she can’t help I must speak to Teresa, but then Teresa is not at work. So she doesn’t know when she will come. She will come late. I asked if she can’t help me? She said no she can’t help me, as am being helped by Teresa. Now my things must stopped because Teresa is not at work, I have to wait for Teresa to come to work, which am sure she never came because I never received any feedback from the email I sent. I mean why did khanyi refuse to help me? If they work at the same company with Teresa . Just Imagine if I go to the bank and today am helped by another consultant, then I go back again tomorrow there is another one, should the one who is there not help me because I was helped by another consultant Honestly the service and customer care at ikhokha, leaves a lot to be desired. It’s like they are doing us customers favours, where else we are paying. Now 3 days later I don’t even have feedback. My other business is now not operating.
Honestly don’t bother buying their card machines if you are a small business owner, it will just damage your business with their non existent network errors. I regret it and I have two of their card machines.Month end where it’s a great day for small business their network decides not work, which means loosing customers. Their support centre don’t even answer their phones calls. I have been on hold for hours, am loosing customers. Their cheap card machines comes with great costs. Rather opt for a reputable card service company, which their network technicians are just a phone call away.
I have been using Skynet online for the past two years, every week picking up stock and dropping it off for my business. Then they decided to partnership with Droppa, which I was excited for, but hey this partnership is really not working. Honestly skynet website was pefect I could request a pick up and drop off without any hassles , I could insert the location perfectly without any predictions, paying online was a breeze, everything was perfect . Since this partnership I struggled getting my payments through online,it’s been 4 days I can’t even track the parcel,ny parcels are not arriving, everything is just a mess. My bussiness is suffering. .

They don’t answer their technical support phone, am having a problem with my machines I have been calling non stop. no answer. Am loosing customer
THIS IS THE LAST COMPLAIN UNTILL WE DO THIS WITH LAWYERS. I DON'T MIND I HAVE ALL THE TIME IN THE WORLD I JUST NEED MY MONEY. I WANT MY EXPLORA AND MONEY BACK!! ******Am complaining for the THIRD time. They promised to call after I complained . Weeks later am still waiting for their call plus my over 4 months refund***** My dstv explora was not working, I went to one the DSTV AGENCY here at Lephalale, they told me it's broken I need to replace it. I gave them R600 and they give me another decoder (which was supposed to be new) , I had to leave my old "broken" decoder there. When I arrived home the new decoder was not working. I decided to return it, I told them it's not working, they said they will give me a "new one" which I refused because I was afraid they going to give me an old decoder again which doesn't work. I said they should rather give me my money back and my old decoder back I'll go to game and buy a new one. They refused to give me the refund until I spoke to one their telecenter consultant who said its within my rights to get my refund back. They took my receipt and everything they said they will refund me. Two months almost going to 3 months later am still waiting for my refund when I call the agency which is Lephalale they said it's still on process. I don't have my old decoder back. I ended up buying a new one at Game stores
