I have received great service, all my concerns were addressed.
I would like to complain about the terribly slow service I received on Friday from the Mochachos Tygervalley branch, I have ordered food from them numerous times. I made my order at 16:45 on Friday 25 June 2021 via Uber Eats, the Uber Eats driver waited 2hours and 30 minutes before he was given my order by store staff. I contacted him while I was waiting and he said that the staff was slow and was just ignoring him and helping other customers. I only received my order at 19:20, I am 5 minutes drive away from the store and I was tracking the driver via the app, when my order finally arrived, the burger was ice cold and the churros were stale. I also did not receive the bubblegum milkshake I ordered. Totally unexceptable. Will not order from that branch again. PS. They also don't respond when you complain.
Bad and slow customer service at the Tygervalley shopping centre store, I had to stand in a long queue at the kiosk, as the express cashier's were not operational. The mac and cheese I bought was terrible. Whoever made it put no effort or flavour in it, not even salt. It was just bland, a child could have done a better job. I challenge store management to try it and see if it's edible.
Driver of bakkie reg. CAW35965 drove me off the road on Voortrekker road Goodwood. Driver has no regard for other drivers and the rules of the road.

<p>Over this past weekend I tried to order a few items online on the Jet online website. I registered and chose my items and at checkout there was an option to enter a discount code if I have one. I so happened to have received a discount code from Jet a few weeks earlier. The discount was R120 off if I spend R500 or more, the discount was also going to expire that Sunday so I wanted to use it before it expires. Upon entering the code I was given an error message stating the code was invalid. I then called the number on the website and the person that assisted me could not help me but assured me that someone would contact me the following day and she gave me a reference number. </p> <p>Two days passed and no one contacted me about my query.</p> <p> </p> <p>I then phoned today (14/02/17) to enquire as to why my discount code does not work. The person that I spoke to told me that the discount codes can only be used in store and not online, the part that I don't understand is why is there an option to enter a discount code on the website if it cannot be used. That makes no sense at all.</p> <p>Terrible service a I'm getting and I have been a customer of various Edcon stores for many years.</p>
I bought a Doritos crunch burger on 18/03/15 at KFC Elsies River Halt Road branch and the Doritos on it was old. I have been to this KFC numerous times and have not had a problem with food quality before. I went back 2 days later and bought 2 regular crunch burgers and the burgers were old and stale. I won't be going back there again.
I shop at Shoprite Parow, Station Road branch every other day to buy random items, as it's conveniently situated on my way home from work.I have been doing so for the past 5 years. I prefer Shoprite, compared to other supermarkets, for the low prices on certain food items offered. Lately the customer service of this particular store has become worse and worse. The cashiers are rude and unhelpful. One particular day, I was standing in a long line at a till and when I got close to it I was very rudely informed by the cashier that this till was for Sassa card payments only, now there was no signage anywhere in the store showing patrons that this till was for Sassa card customers only. People were standing around not knowing which till to go to. I then went to stand in a different line and was then approached by a staff member snidely telling me that there are many tills and why am I standing in this one. I then went to a different till (my third one) and again was approached by the same staff member and she led me to another till. The whole till situation took 25 minutes when my actual shopping only took 5 minutes. I also saw expired dairy items and the bakery items were stale.
This is a bit overdo, I got great service from Secubond, was informed every step of the way via email about the status of my application, got a good interest rate by Absa, even the attorneys at Manson Tobin attorneys were great. Three months after starting the whole process, the property was registered in my name. Thank you so much to everyone involved.
