Bernadette and the team of Triangle couriers are absolutely the best. Always friendly and prompt, we have been using them for our company and for private business for many years without a fault.

As per some of the other reviews I had the unpleasant experience of dealing with Francois, He is rude, raises his voice and has no people skills. As a customer I expected at the very least for him to listen to my request. I could accept if the request was not possible. What I could not accept was to be yelled at and not even listened to. I will not be using Triangle Courier and would not recommend them. First contact with a client is important for recurring business and this experience has ensured no business from us.

As per some of the other reviews I had the unpleasant experience of dealing with Francois, He is rude, raises his voice and has no people skills. The website was never updated even an hour after delivery. I was never able to get any information by emailing the company. Because the parcel arrived unexpectedly I had to go into the streets in my sleepwear and had to sign for it with the delivery guy's pen - Aramex, DHL and UPS do not require a signature during the pandemic. Delivery was quick hence the two stars but I prefer convenience over speed.

On the 13th May 2020 I called Triangle couriers in George, requesting information regarding their exclusion areas during the Lockdown. I unfortunately spoke with Francois whom occupation is a Supervisor, he was unable to answer my question and responded to me with raising his voice abruptly, then hung up on me. I am a firm believer that if you are unhappy with your job you should not be working for that company or be in that position at all!! You should not be taking your personal issues out on clients. Patience is key!!! One would think that a supervisor would be competent but he has proven that he is clearly not. I honestly hope that after this review his attitude and incompetence get's addressed and that he is dealt with accordingly. I have never been this unsatisfied with customer service before. This is not the 1st time clients are complaining about your bad service! Triangle please take a relook at your company and find ways to strengthen your customer service s****s for the sake of the public and to ensure you do not lose business.

I am dealing with Triangle Couriers for the past 5 years, while the business I took over, was dealing with them for many years before. My experiences are that they always on time, handling goods with good care and their rates are fair. Their delivery staff are polite and always very friendly. Dawid from REEBOK BLINDS

<p>I bought a phone for my daughter from a friend. I asked her to courier it overnight which cost me R254. I needed my daughter to have this phone for the weekend urgently. It was collected in Knysna early on Thursday. Friday at 16h30 I still did not receive this parcell. Called the CT office and they kept me for 10 min on the phone trying to explain the same thing. They use a third partee to melkbos and dont do overnigbt to Melkbos. No one told us this but we paid for the overnight service!!! I advise the lady. Or I want the phone latest on Sat morning or a refund. she was so rude and said she will only give it to me Monday. I said in that fact I could have paid postnet R99 for better service and would have cost me so much less for the same amount of days.... I still demand a refund and a apology from the manager in CT. Her tone and talking over me is not acceptable!! Will never use them and will NOT reccomend them at all.</p>
