A lot of kinks need ironing out

The website was never updated even an hour after delivery. I was never able to get any information by emailing the company. Because the parcel arrived unexpectedly I had to go into the streets in my sleepwear and had to sign for it with the delivery guy's pen - Aramex, DHL and UPS do not require a signature during the pandemic. Delivery was quick hence the two stars but I prefer convenience over speed.
