I need two parcels delivered together between 11:00 - 12:00 and don't know how else to contact UPS.
What do you expect from an African website? Anyway, be warned.
Went in to collect a card and told the receptionist I wasn't sure the card was at this branch, I had requested that it be sent to Gardens which is where I normally collect it. SMS told me to collect it from a Paarl Road - never heard of it and never been there. Receptionist (Sandy) told me if it had been sent to Paarl if it had been sent to Paarl it would have to be cancelled which I wou;d have to do on my phone at home (not on their phones available for free in branch). I explained it was Paarl Road, not the city, asked her to check because I had requsted in person at another branch it be sent to Gardens. She was too lazy to do anything about it - kept insisting I go home and call. I insisted she check and she found out it was at "Cape Town branch" but had no idea where that was. Another employee indicated that was St. George's Mall which is easy enough for me to collect from. She made several false claims - Nedbank cannot issue a card from their branch but a week before at Cavendish that's exactly what they did when I had trouble with my card at P'n'P - they issued a card valid for more years than my regular card! (etc., etc.) Some people just too lazy to do anything unless they're pushed.
Went to Cavendish Square branch and tried to pay using my go banking card and draw money and my card was declined. This happens often and the manager usually just brings a portable card reader (because the system is so decrepit). Stacey was too lazy to do so and insisted it was my card. So I went to Nedbank and confirmed the card was 100% functional so I wasted 20 minutes waiting in a queue there for nothing. I went back to PNP and performed the same transaction and it was declined so we swiped instead of inserting the card in the machine and it was accepted. The only satisfaction was the same manager having to go and get the cash after having been so unhelpful.
I have a parcel stuck in a warehouse. According to your website "Delay: Attention Needed". I have emailed twice, second time sent my ID number, but do not receive a reply. I have no phone.
I get nothing but problems with this website. You can't edit a review, you can't change the rating as matters progress. They needlessly censor reviews (they claim the AI is not intelligent enough). All a company has to do is continually deny they are the company involved in order to have a review removed. The poster then has to sign an AFFIDAVIT within 24 HOURS in order for the review to stand. Seems like the service here is a bad as the companies we complain about. There's no common sense nor balance, who is going to sign an affidavit when they can go to a superior service like google reviews? They're going to kill their own website with their non-sensical standards. I had a review removed because I called the company "time wasters" which is exactly what happened and the review was removed because "the generalised 'comment' posted is seen as derogatory. Our purpose is not to propagate malicious slander/accusations". Seems this website is the waste of time.
I had to wait 10 days for an appointment. I clearly indicated I wanted 2 jobs done in one session but the installer seems unable to absorb this information. Less than 24 hours before the appointment the assistant threw an unnecessary spanner in the works by querying if they were only coming for one job. I re-affirmed I needed both jobs done but there was no reply so an hour before the appointment I cancelled. Just as well, the owner blew a gasket and started ranting and raving but unintentionally confirmed they only intended to do 1 job inspite of all assertions I needed both done. A relief really that I realised what this company is like BEFORE letting them into my home.
I've waited all day for a package to be delivered which was not. I was not able to put on headphones all day to make music so I could hear the doorbell or a knock. Originaly the package was to be delivered March 16 but because it was available to be delivered March 12. I was able to choose March 16 delivery from your website and this was confirmed by someone at your service desk but there was no delivery.
I got an SMS this morning 8:00 to expect a delivery and at 13:30, a Courier IT van just drove by but did not stop. There seems no way to communicate with your company and the website's updates aren't helpful - for days it simply stated "Client Doesnt have a parcel for Collection" even though the parcel had been collected from the retailer. How do I know when they will deliver, how do I request a time?
Having waited for an hour and a half for an appointment I discovered the plumber had gone to another location and couldn't fulfill the appointment for at least another 40 minutes (which I didn't believe). If you're looking for punctuality you'll need to look elsewhere.
