Great Service received, my order was placed at 9am, and I received it the very next day with Fastway Couriers (Almost ****m away). WhatsApp Support is excellent. I will gladly recommend this online shop.

Customer is always wrong, even when they're right
I had to wait 10 days for an appointment. I clearly indicated I wanted 2 jobs done in one session but the installer seems unable to absorb this information. Less than 24 hours before the appointment the assistant threw an unnecessary spanner in the works by querying if they were only coming for one job. I re-affirmed I needed both jobs done but there was no reply so an hour before the appointment I cancelled. Just as well, the owner blew a gasket and started ranting and raving but unintentionally confirmed they only intended to do 1 job inspite of all assertions I needed both done. A relief really that I realised what this company is like BEFORE letting them into my home.
