Loan settled on 2 December 2025, and yet its still on my banking profile with a 1.74 Credit after settlement. I received a paid up letter, but this loan is still not closed 4 weeks after its paid up, as requested when i requested the paid up letter. Call centre is impossible, and now again a settlement of over R200. 7days after my initial complaint still this loan is not closed. I have a paid up letter for it, how difficult can it be to close something that is paid up? It seems you are charging "insurance policy fees on this loan for a settled loan with a zero balance that was infact in a CREDIT for this entire month if this is not unresolved in the next two days i will escelate this ********* conduct to the NCR.

It is so difficult to get a paid up letter, this is now the second time im turning here just two months later for the same story, regarding another paid up account that I just require a PAID up and CLOSED letter for. I urgently require a paid up letter for account that states its paid up in full and closed to supply my debt councilor with otherwise i am unable to stop payments to this account. I make additional payments to get rid of these accounts as soon as possible. Please can someone just email me a paid up letter to my registered email address on file, that i will confirm in a private message with the account in question below. I have sent at least 3 Emails since Monday , all to ZERO response, other than an automated reply. Thank you

Payshap *Pay***** payments not reflecting. I made a PAYSHAP payment of R2020 to my very own fnb account FROM my standard bank account at 11.52pm lastnight 28 October 2025. Still not in my FNB account, yet i was charged a R50 fee for this imediate payment. Where did this money go? 9hours later and this "instant payment" dissapeared. This is disgusting.

Obviously we dont have a wallmart even here. I responded about 3hours later, as i was asleep, i was then called by the ***** department, my card was cancelled and was advised a new card will be sent "free of charge" face to face delivery in 3 to 5 days! 3 weeks later, not a word of my new card nor any email to confirm delivery. This is utter bad service. Firstly how is it possible for someone in another country to have my card details. Where is my new card? I see it on the app "inactive" no delivery attempt was made where i clearly added my delivery details om the app. Not impresses with this. With FNB cards take 2 to 4 days to arrive when they send a new card upon expiry. Please just send me my new card as agreed. It is now ONE MONTH AND 4 DAYS LATER!!! STILL NOT A WORD, nor ANY new card. If i dont get my card delivered as promised in the next week, i promise i will visit the Branch and simply close everything. I am now done, how can it take longer than a month to send me the new card??? It shows on the app issued (inactive). This is the 2nd complaint, 3 weeks later due to a promise it will be sorted yet not a word ever since.
I bought a wifi ups from takealot.com for R249 with a 1year warranty, on 15 November 2024. Bearly 3months, now that i actually to my suprise, it does not work. It was connected to the router the entire time, and all of a sudden today started making the strangest noises, im in fear it may expolode!. - I have several other makes that has had zero issues. Now only i found out from takealot i must contact supplier directly where i found out, i must pay for the return hereof. Why the hell would anybody pay a courrier R150 to pickup a faulty item in its warranty peroid. By the time this item is repaired one could have bought another with the cost herof. Reputable companies have contracts with courriers and send them to collect, fix, or replace and return. Be aware of the terms and conditions with this. I will post this exact same message on other items bought from this brand om takealot reviews. I bought the item and it was delivered to me, now you find out when something goes wrong the returns process will cost about the same price as a R249 router ups. This is really disgusting that you could expect your clients to pay for return of low value goods. And there is atleast 30 complaints on that very item om takealot of the same to similar issue.
I requested a paid up and account closed letter as i settled my credit card, debt review department is non respondand. I URGENTLY need my closed and paid up letter of my settled credit card account via email as requested several times via email please. Please ensure this account is closed, this is now 7 days later - a lady called me on friday to let me know they will send it now, yet another 3days later totalling 7days, no paid up and closed letter received.
Thank you Haylee S* for your stunning service as always with updating a paid up account that i made additional manual payments on, and moving the funds to other accounts to help me get rid of them one by one. You and Lelanie are absolute stars! There is no other way for me than to recommend and spread the word. You even went as far as assisting with getting a paid up letter for that account. Within +/-4 years my debt outstanding amts have reduced to 20% from what they were. I cannot wait for the end of this and financial freedom! I will recommend you all untill end of time. #Zerodebt
Warranty claim logged, 19928, ticket 2266484, and online Ref 19928. No response. I have a 16KG machine that had previously had its main board replaced after faulty. Now its making a horrible Clack/Squeel/Clunking sounds at the start of a wash cycle, sounds like its not engaging correctly, or slipping at times. I have registered a 4year warranty on this machine and have sent the technition whom had been here before a video of what its doing. It appears to wash fine for the first 1 minute then makes that sound clearly from the bottom motor area and this is deffenitely not normal. I bought my sister one of these machines aswell and hers has never made any of these noises before.
