I would not buy a car from them at all! I believe they are fraudsters. They knew they sold me a broken car, promoting a motor plan so badly for me to take it... after a week the car broke down, they use the motor plan to fix it without my knowledge or any info on this plan, never submit any proof of who fixed and what was fixed and a few weeks later the whole gearbox split... the assessor said the person working on the car had no clue what he/she was doing. I have reported this matter to Absa that SHOULD NOT ASSIST them with finance for the clients and the ombudsman. They have defiantly messed with the wrong client. I don't care how long it take, but I will resolve this matter and make sure that they do not do this to any other clients. Business like this should be ashamed - and karma is not a good thing at all to play with Somerset Car Sales.....!!!

We bought a car cash the 10th March 2021 from We Buy Cars in Cape Town Paarden Eiland.. They really pressured us and drove the car out Thursday the 11th between 17h00 to 18h00... When we drove home all was in order but the aircon did not work. Friday we took the car in to refill the aircon where we were informed they need to replace the parts for R7000. We informed we buy cars immediately... Up till now they are not assisting us. The branch manager ELROY LOUW advice his number can not be shared and we need to log a complaint. This is not acceptable at all. The car cost R86000 another R7000 above this is not acceptable. We Buy cars.. This is not good customer service... The car was not even driven and we informed you in less that 24 hours... Surely you can assist. I would like to get feedback on this.. We have been trying to get help since Friday.

Really disappointing by the service of takeaway this week. In the same week and 3 deliveries was done and all horrific. Teusday I recieved an order which should be 2 boxes as indicated - as discuss with the driver its incomplete he just left the once box and left. He stated its on the way which it wasnt. We kept on calling with no assistance. A call was logged the same day and yesterday you advice me I must log a call to arrange pick up and the item is not even on the system!!! I have a item that is only the one part and no assistance from you at all. On Wednesday as per message a delivery should have been made from superbalist. Never arrived only the next day. The item I got is most defiantly used and the same - I can only get a item after they inspect this one which is going to be picked up first!! I logged the call the same day. Is very clear that this is not a new item. Last night I ordered from Mr D and only half the order was delivered. I am not a frequent online shopper and if this if the standard products is been delivered I am not sure if I will choose to go this route.
<p>I bought a phone for my daughter from a friend. I asked her to courier it overnight which cost me R254. I needed my daughter to have this phone for the weekend urgently. It was collected in Knysna early on Thursday. Friday at 16h30 I still did not receive this parcell. Called the CT office and they kept me for 10 min on the phone trying to explain the same thing. They use a third partee to melkbos and dont do overnigbt to Melkbos. No one told us this but we paid for the overnight service!!! I advise the lady. Or I want the phone latest on Sat morning or a refund. she was so rude and said she will only give it to me Monday. I said in that fact I could have paid postnet R99 for better service and would have cost me so much less for the same amount of days.... I still demand a refund and a apology from the manager in CT. Her tone and talking over me is not acceptable!! Will never use them and will NOT reccomend them at all.</p>
<p>I have struggle to get through to call centre 20 March - put twice airtime on and cost me over R200. I got throught to ********** He send me the quotation which my surname is spell so wrong after I spelled it to him twice - I cannot apply for my visa if my surname is not the same - in this case Beaurain and DURAIN!!!! Mailed him twice to ask to change urgent and for me to make payment and get travel insurance.. and no reply... Again bought R200 of airtime and HOLDING ON!! This is NOT EXCEPTABLE. I want Santam to refund me with my calls. There must be a call back option and clients need to be called back!</p> <p>Only taking insurance with them due to my creditcared working with them.</p> <p> </p> <p>Such bad bad service. If you cant take the amoutn of client queries employee more COMPETENT staff to assist your clients.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
