I opened an account online, now app is giving a s001 error and says to come into a branch, that cant be done as i am not in the country. No reason for this error to occur and I want access to my account.
I used my miles in January and took 5 months to get nothing, they finally gave me back my miles and i placed my second order, they said they have tried to deliver it to me but my security camera shows noone attempted. Etihad has now stollen my points and demand i pay extra for the postage again. why should i pay for something they are lying about. NO DELIVERY WAS EVER ATTEMPTED. Security footage more reliable than the liers Etihad and there supposed merchandiser are.
I have asked many times to transfer my money to my husband account, 2018 they could do this. now 2019, they cant as they are stealing mu money. ALL I WANT IS MY MONEY. NOW TRANSFER THIS TO THE ACCOUNT I HAVE INSTRUCTED. THIS IS OVER 3 WEEKS NOW I AM BEGGING FOR MY MONEY. LAST YEAR TOOK 24HRS TO TRANSFER, NOW YOU CANT DO YOUR JOBS
I was forced to change my account to a non res account. I have been communicating with the non-res department to transfer money to my husbands account. I have had no issues in 2018. now 2019, they have lost his information and demand rediculous things. All i want is every cent sent to him and to close that account completly as FNB is more than a joke.
I have been asking for my it3a form for tax and i am been ignored. They keep saying we will respond in 2 business days and they never do.
I cancelled my account with telkom and yet I'm still been charged for a service I cancelled. When I call I get left on hold for over an hour then the line gets dropped.
Before I left South Africa, I was selling my house and I signed Power of attorney with them knowing I will not be in SA when the house got sold. They have lost the paper work and forcing me to fly to Wellington to see the SA Embasy to assist and causing such a delay in the house transfer causing me even more money. They have admitted to loosing the paper work. When I emailed them twice I got ignored forcing me to Call SA from New Zealand which also cost me alot of money as they are toooo lazy to read and resond to an email. Will never recommend them to anyone.
I emailed the address given to cancel my accounts and comes back that email address is not correct. I want to cancel my account.
I have a non res account and you have taken money off my account for no reason. There is 1470 amount missing from my account
You say I can get my pension if I change my bank account to a non res. Then you change your mind and keep adding extra bull**** so you can keep my money.
