Just had the most bad experience in secunda mall voda shop had purchased an eSIM and was made to literally to come over to check if my eSIM is working for 3 days imagine wasting petrol and time for not being helped and the stuff are not user friendly at all i literally had to call Vodacom myself to hear why is my eSIM not registered only to find out that my qr code does not exist and records shows I never requested for an eSIM now mi money time and petrol was wasted.
