II wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service I received from Amanda during my recent visit to the mall. I met her during her lunch time and not only was Amanda incredibly friendly and welcoming, but she also went above and beyond to assist me with my online shopping needs. Her knowledge and patience made the process seamless, and I truly appreciate the effort she put into ensuring that I found exactly what I was looking for. Just had the most bad experience in secunda mall voda shop had purchased an eSIM and was made to literally to come over to check if my eSIM is working for 3 days imagine wasting petrol and time for not being helped and the stuff are not user friendly at all i literally had to call Vodacom myself to hear why is my eSIM not registered only to find out that my qr code does not exist and records shows I never requested for an eSIM now mi money time and petrol was wasted.

I am a very unhappy client!! We are new contract holders. One of there staff members gave us the wrong infomation witch coz us to be in error and our line cut because of short payment went there to see what they can do? All they do is say sorry theres nothing they can do!!

wanted to buy her a perfume,when i walk in i was welcome with a smile by the consultant and asking to help us,she then told us about the special they hv,so i was tempted to buy 2,meanwhile the lady was biz helping us to choose perfumes,then another lady come in,then the other consultant offer to help her then she said she want to pay,then the consultant ask if she's paying with cash or bank card then she said its cash,the lady thats was helping us ask the other consultant to ask the lady to pay the other side cos she was biz helping us,then she went after some few second there comes a lady wearing a foschini tshirt shouting at the consultant that was helping me,she said to her why are u refusing to help the customers the consultant politely answer i didn't,i ask her to pay that side cos she was busy helping us,because we were also in a hurry,then she went back to the clothing side,then she come back again with the customer shouting on both consultant without hearing the consultant side of the story i then asked who that lady was,i was told that she was the store manager,i was so disappointed i felt so useless,so small because its clear to me thats the manager she's not taking me serious actually my money to her was useless,so i wanted to leave the store without buying because to her im useless,actually several times was buying my wife clothes so i saw her shouting at the staff on the floor didnt know thats she's a manager until thats Friday,thats not the way of treating the staff she really need to be discipline,im really hurt and Angry with foschini secunda mall manager Regards Nhlakanipho

Bought goods Truworts Secunda Paid with card just before loadshedding No slip...they said money will reverse Never happened Came back 26/12 for refund they refuse Now they want a bankstatement...

I had a contract with Vodacom which it ends in June this year, I went to the branch to upgrade I was assisted by the lady called Angel I told her that I am upgrading using my cellphone number and the system was not generating a contract and she told me to come back later. I came back later and found her printed the contract without my presence and I signed it because we previously discussed what I wanted not recognising that she didn't put the number that I said she must use. I got the message on my phone that I have upgraded to that number I didn't know, I quickly went there to tell them that she made a mistake they told me she was on on lunch they will let her know that I came and they will fix the problem. Then month end came they debited for two contracts, I went there again the same lady (Angela) told me that there's nothing she can do about it with an attitude, she was rude yelling at me like I was a fool,I heard people are complaining with the same lady but I didn't believe them,look it has happened to me.i dnt have money to waste to pay for something i didn't agree Vodacom please fix this

I was assist by Constance and Pule, their service was pathetic, they just throw everything in one plastic were as I always gave them a carry bag, if they didn't wanna assist me they could have just said so, on top of I ask for a cash back in of 1900, instead of giving it to my hand she just throw it out on the open, they continue to talk as if I was not there, I had to re pack my staff on my own bag then take money, I don't usually complain couse I also work with clients. They really need to work on their attitude and they treat clients
