I had a contract with Vodacom which it ends in June this year, I went to the branch to upgrade I was assisted by the lady called Angel I told her that I am upgrading using my cellphone number and the system was not generating a contract and she told me to come back later. I came back later and found her printed the contract without my presence and I signed it because we previously discussed what I wanted not recognising that she didn't put the number that I said she must use. I got the message on my phone that I have upgraded to that number I didn't know, I quickly went there to tell them that she made a mistake they told me she was on on lunch they will let her know that I came and they will fix the problem. Then month end came they debited for two contracts, I went there again the same lady (Angela) told me that there's nothing she can do about it with an attitude, she was rude yelling at me like I was a fool,I heard people are complaining with the same lady but I didn't believe them,look it has happened to me.i dnt have money to waste to pay for something i didn't agree Vodacom please fix this
