What a difficult time to a outsurance customer, things seem to change every, is just me finding people who are not willing to assist, tell why I'm for a courtesy car yet I'm still required to use my own money to get the car, is all this, and additional credit shortfall yet there's no one to explain it to me, what is for, I need an insurer that is gonna do better, all they care about is adjust and increase the policy lapho khana bezwa kahle
I was involved in an accident they were quick to write my car off, failed to give a catursey car and they coming with stories, I wish the service was as florish as the TV ads but yey I can see I'm in a foolish ride, when they want to sabotage you they promise the world but fail to deliver, I'm actually disappointed, they care about your state of mind they just doing their job,
I was assist by Constance and Pule, their service was pathetic, they just throw everything in one plastic were as I always gave them a carry bag, if they didn't wanna assist me they could have just said so, on top of I ask for a cash back in of 1900, instead of giving it to my hand she just throw it out on the open, they continue to talk as if I was not there, I had to re pack my staff on my own bag then take money, I don't usually complain couse I also work with clients. They really need to work on their attitude and they treat clients
What bad service and nightmare I'm going through rite because if the ignorance and wanting to loot money from, My brother who has been doing his degree just informed me that he was give incorrect module, and his result from first year have not been updated, I thought there was other students who the same problem, but hey just discovered he is the only only, which this was done on purpose, the worst I'm the one now have to call and take time from work to sort their mess, after all this year's they have been accepting money, for their own joy, that he has graduate this mess is coming, someone must encounter, The young is gonna graduate, I'm really not happy about their service,
Visited Spar Siyabuswa today, to my suprise a cashier who help me wasn't wearing a musk and she was not wearing shild either, but when you enter at door, it says no must no entry, when I asked the lady she not wearing a musk, her reply, Angisikhona, she continues with her ignorant comments, that she won't get infected, I'm someone who has experienced this desease and I don't wish it to my worst enemy, all I know she couldn't be a carrier infecting customers, this showed that spar Siyabuswa doesn't care about clients safety and the lives, people are continuing to die out this pendemic and Spar Siyabuswa people they seem to care less, stop be ignorant and save customers lives. She wasn't even wearing a name tag.
