The only other review left for this company is by Evan Mellow, a salesman in the company that ****med me. On Google reviews one of the only positive reviews is also from an employee that is complicit in his ****. This company voids the warranty of products that they sell so that you have no way of returning the product. Other people have also had this experience as can be seen on Google reviews. I bought a Byrna SDXL for R7800, was told of the 6 month return window and the salesman shot the gun in store to demonstrate. It broke 2 weeks later as I could not un***** the gas cylinder seal despite not even being able to test it at home. The store said I would not get a refund as it had been fired, however that means that they sold me an already fired gun with a voided warranty. The rude manager Manju Naicker said that I will not be refunded but they can only send it to Byrna for repairs. I went back to fetch my repaired gun and asked salesman Evan Mellow again for a refund as you cannot sell this product online and I do not want to take a product back that broke before I even properly used it, he told me to leave the gun with him in store so they can see if a customer makes an offer and I can get some of my money back. I received no updates for 2 weeks and followed up, he said people were offering R6000. I said that I would accept that. No updates for 2 weeks and I followed up, he says that he is no longer at the store. I go into the store and Manju Naicker told me that staff were fired for theft and she does not know where my gun is. I texted Evan Mellow to find out and he assured me it was left in store and he wasn't fired. I passed this information over to Manju Naicker who said she will look into it. For 3 weeks I get no update, I follow up with Manju Naicker who said it was sent for repairs to Byrna. I said no, I left it in a repaired and fully working state, if you broke the product while you had it then I expect to get my money back as I have no confidence in what has been done with it all this time, it was probably used as a demonstration model. As soon as I mention a refund, Manju Naicker completely changed her tone over text, saying that no it wasn't sent for repairs, another team found it and she will let me know when I can get it back. I reiterated that they have had my gun for 3 months and I have been patient and understanding but I am being taken for a ride and want to be refunded. Manju Naicker took no responsibility and said that this is between me and Evan Mellow as I made a private arrangement with him. I told her no, he is your employee, in your store who told me to leave it with him. Manju Naicker told me that I am stupid and I must prove it. I have proof, pictures of the gun when I left it, chats with Evan. Manju Naicker was very rude and offered me no solution besides to wait for them to find it. I believe that the store is complicit in warranty ***** and frankly feel like my gun has been ****** from me and am being told I am stupid and will not get any help and must simply wait for them to find it when they have had it for 3 months already. I have no idea of the condition of my gun and am recieving no replies from Manju Naicker or the company itself when I emailed them and contacted the owner from their website.
