Poor Customer Service. Warranty disputed
Bought a Centurion remote 16 May 2025. A few months later it stopped working. Sent our driver with a remote and original packaging and receipt to Security Superstore. Caleb the store manager refused warranty. Centurion products normally carry 2 year warranty. Telecon mediation proved futile. Poor customer service. Wouldn't support them going forward. Disappointed!

Caleb the store manager refused warranty. Centurion products normally carry 2 year warranty. Telecon mediation proved futile. Poor customer service. Wouldn't support them going forward. Disappointed!

Bad products
Bought a pepper spray from their Elarduspark store and 2 weeks later found out that it did not work, a complete dud when you push the trigger. So I went back to the store only to find that they had closed down with no notice on the shop front. If I had to use this device in a life-or-death situation then clearly I'd be dead today. Won't buy anything from them ever again.

WELL DONE SECURITY SUPERSTORE - VICTORIA ROAD PIETERMARITZBURG
I went into Security Superstore in Victoria Road Pietermaritzburg for assistance with a remote that was not working. The service I received was exceptional...they went the extra mile so professionally. The best was the happy faces, warm atmosphere and excellent service. WELL DONE!!!! I will definitely recommend them!!!!!!!!!!
