Security Warehouse

I am exceptionally dissatisfied with the service I have received from Security Warehouse. This is not only limited to the Hurleyvale branch but the company as a whole. I had to wait 3 days for the cameras which turned into a 6 week wait. Would probably have been longer had I not got onto the phone. I installed the cameras along with the rest of the system. This all worked wonderfully until I wanted to look at what was going on at home while out. Spent several weeks of doing research on YouTube and online manuals. But no, could not do what I wanted. Several calls later to find that the entire staff at Hurleyvale was no longer there and they did not have a technician to assist me. So I waited yet again! In the interim other branch technicians were trying to assist, with no result. Now that they have staff, I've had another month of " not happy with the result given by .....", "you no longer have the boxes....", " going to take this up with....". I am now done! Spent R34K on a system sold to me that DOES NOT do what I was sold. I certainly would not recommend this company!
