Security Warehouse is run like a circus
Such a sad and pathetic excuse of a business. Wanting to send debt collectors because of errors made on their side. If you employ *********** individuals, mistakes will be made. The lack of accountability is sad and seen. Not once but twice. Over a small amount, business must not be doing well.... wonder why.

Such a sad and pathetic excuse of a business. Wanting to send debt collectors because of errors made on their side. If you employ *********** individuals, mistakes will be made. The lack of accountability is sad and seen. Not once but twice. Over a small amount, business must not be doing well.... wonder why.

Security Warehouse
I am exceptionally dissatisfied with the service I have received from Security Warehouse. This is not only limited to the Hurleyvale branch but the company as a whole. I had to wait 3 days for the cameras which turned into a 6 week wait. Would probably have been longer had I not got onto the phone. I installed the cameras along with the rest of the system. This all worked wonderfully until I wanted to look at what was going on at home while out. Spent several weeks of doing research on YouTube and online manuals. But no, could not do what I wanted. Several calls later to find that the entire staff at Hurleyvale was no longer there and they did not have a technician to assist me. So I waited yet again! In the interim other branch technicians were trying to assist, with no result. Now that they have staff, I've had another month of " not happy with the result given by .....", "you no longer have the boxes....", " going to take this up with....". I am now done! Spent R34K on a system sold to me that DOES NOT do what I was sold. I certainly would not recommend this company!

Empty promises
Empty promises. Ordered stock and was made promises that it would be delivered in time. Everyday was an excuse that it would come the next day. When I finally had to do the installation I offered to collect the stock. Saeed promised he would courier it to me the next day as we were leaving Rustenburg doing an installation in Ficksburg. Stock never came and the courier never picked up. VERY VERY poor service. As a result we will not be using them again.

Empty promises
Empty promises. Ordered stock and was made promises that it would be delivered in time. Everyday was an excuse that it would come the next day. Security Warehouse failed to deliver
I ordered a biometric attendance machine from them and was promised the item would arrive the following day as I needed to send it to Mozambique. Low and behold it never did arrive and is now costing me an extra R1000 to get it to Moz. Dont trust this company as they make empty promises

Rude attitude
<p>I went for an interview with the MD of Security Warehouse in Centurion and the owner was so rude, he even bad mouthed me at the recruiter afterwards. I have never experienced such rude and bad attitude from management at any business</p>

A Bad Company
I spend a significant amount with Security Warehouse in Centurion, to install CCTV on my 20 000m2 factory in Johannesburg. This system never work for 1 week continuously without problems, it was a total waste of money. The people that i work with are incompetent and arrogant, the best of all i could never meet with the owner to explain my problem, he just don't care! Please be warned, don't do business with Security Warehouse Centurion you will be on the loosing side!

A Bad Company
