There is nobody at TELKOM willing and or competent to resolve my account/mixed data problems.<br> Currently i connect my business with a prepaid VODACOM data bundle because the service from TELKOM that i pay for under contractual obligation is not working. The only way out is to cancel my debit order and then risk legal action from the mighty TELKOM!
I have 2 mixed data contracts with Telkom, a 10G at home and a 20G at my office.<br> Both are on a debit order, Telkom debit my account and send me a bill. (Huge amounts over and above of my debit order for capped data services!)<br> They load extra data and remove data as and how they wish, went into a Telkom shop to try and resolve -NO LUCK the consultant was not interested at all to assist! <br> The manager Yogen ask me to send her a mail, whereafter she will respond, needles to say - NO LUCK!<br> The most expensive disorganised package deal ever!!
I spend a significant amount with Security Warehouse in Centurion, to install CCTV on my 20 000m2 factory in Johannesburg. This system never work for 1 week continuously without problems, it was a total waste of money. The people that i work with are incompetent and arrogant, the best of all i could never meet with the owner to explain my problem, he just don't care! Please be warned, don't do business with Security Warehouse Centurion you will be on the loosing side!
Send bakkie for scheduled service, the dealership advise that the cam belt is due for replacement, i agree to replace the cam belt. This new replaced cam belt break down on the very same day we receive the vehicle back from service (about 20km use) Since then my vehicle is ruined, the one problem after the other! So i actually pay the GM dealership to destroy my vehicle!
