Security Warehouse failed to deliver

I ordered a biometric attendance machine from them and was promised the item would arrive the following day as I needed to send it to Mozambique. Low and behold it never did arrive and is now costing me an extra R1000 to get it to Moz. Dont trust this company as they make empty promises
