Selling faulty equipment knowingly !!

Bought and paid R988 for a Paradox remote control. Arrived loose wrapped in bubble wrap. Immediately suspicious !! Installers from a reputable company came to programme the remote and said that it was faulty and could NOT be programmed. Therefore, useless. Contacted SecurityKing who are evading replacement or reimbur*****t. Obviously, they knew that the remote was faulty as it was wrapped in bubble wrap with no documentation. I surmise that this remote has done the rounds and is a basis of *****ulent and ********* trading. Stay away from them as they do not provide a service of any type, but will gladly take your money !1
