Request for Refund – Defective Polo Shoes Order 36270

On December 27, 2024, I purchased a Polo 0038972 Woman Moulded Unit Trim Sand ALS TAN from your store. However, within a week of purchase, they began to peel from the inside. Upon reporting the issue, I was advised to return them, which I did on January 9, 2025. Since then, I have not received any updates from your side. I have been the one constantly following up, only to be told that either someone will call me back or that you are still waiting for feedback from Polo. This lack of communication and resolution is unacceptable.

At this point, I am requesting a full refund, as I have not received the necessary assistance. Kindly process my refund at your earliest convenience and confirm the next steps.
