Unendurable, heart breaking

Thought was a dream come true,but a nightmare awaits. This is my second attempt to capture the attention of seef properties Tulbagh, but nevertheless I'm not a white citizen.

Bought a house from them in 2023,which was in a really bad shape, which they told me the poc would cover the damages in the house as the previous owner made additional comments about needs to be fixed.. It was never done.

The agent, does not even have the backbone to come and look at the state of the property because you know what, commission has been paid.

My insurance rejected all my claims and I am sitting with the mess.

I've been tolerating everything almost 3 years now, I'm done..

First call tommorow, it's the PPRA, then it's litigation.

What you have done to me is harsh and degrading.

You are not above the law.. No one is.
