Shoddy service, no interest

Shop stops functioning an hour before closing due to cleaning, several occasions. Enquired telephonically about a product price, promised a call back - didn’t happen. Visited store asked price, told “don’t know!” Upon stern enquiry was told after a press of a button on the scale. Then told ‘no stock”. Absolutely no interest in serving or service, busy cleaning ; at 16:00 !

Emailed CEO, not even the courtesy of an answer!
