Sela Brokers Actively work towards Rejecting Claims

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Sela Brokers regarding my recent claim. After being a loyal client for over 15 years, I expected fair treatment and support. Instead of advocating for me, they aligned themselves with Hollard to wrongfully reject my claim. Their lack of transparency and unwillingness to fight for my rights as a policyholder raises serious concerns about their integrity and commitment to their clients.

A broker’s role is to protect and support their clients, yet Sela Brokers completely failed to do so. After years of paying premiums, I was met with nothing but disregard when I needed them most. I will continue to raise awareness about these unjust practices to ensure others are informed before choosing them for insurance services. I strongly advise anyone considering them to proceed with caution.
