Overcharged on my contract and want cancelation

I have reported my case of been overchabgrwd since last month and wanted to cancel the cpbtrcay but Mobile plus is still investigating and notbgoving feedback and called twice to follow up that promise to get back sobthatbthateu can see if theybwill pay the cancelation fees should they need to but till today.no response form them.
