Return policy that is a ripp pff to aclient 20% plus R1000 (unexplained) .
Theur return plocy its total ripp off. Iwas chevrged 20%of the purchase price plus unexplained R1000. Even n when I called and requested to exchange ge the product they said are sure that R20% will be be deducted not plus an R1000 but still deducted it. When I requested the recording of the call, they ignored me becuae they were protecting each other. Its like the return polcy isbther just to force you to buy even if you not happy with purchase. They givevit aname as cahbge of mind. Evn if you explained things online and in contact may looked different 2-in ones are diffrent some are more laptop and less of pad. But no ita change of heart. You get to penilisef with R1690 imagine just for returning a product

Overcharged on my contract and want cancelation
I have reported my case of been overchabgrwd since last month and wanted to cancel the cpbtrcay but Mobile plus is still investigating and notbgoving feedback and called twice to follow up that promise to get back sobthatbthateu can see if theybwill pay the cancelation fees should they need to but till today.no response form them.
