the price tag on the dress is R149.99, when I had t at it the lady at the till denied m n said its R179.00. they refused t sell t m at the price I saw it at.

I purchased a pair of shoes from Selfast Overport on 23 November 2025. The shoes were never worn, still had the original tag attached, and I had the receipt. When I returned to the store today to exchange the shoes for a different style, the store manager refused to assist, claiming exchanges are not allowed after 7 days. The manager was also rude and shouted at me, which was completely unprofessional. This is not how customers should be treated. I left the store feeling upset and disrespected. I will never shop there again.

I purchased a pair of shoes from Selfast Overport on 23 November 2025. The shoes were never worn, still had the original tag attached, and I had the receipt. Pathetic disgusting service. Staff are always busy discussing personal matters when attending to a customer. The oldish fair Indian cashier doesn't bother to greet or say thank you. She literally throws your till slip at you and acts as if she is doing you a favour. The Manager is aware of her behaviour but it doesn't seem like he's the least bit bothered by it. This is not the first time something like this has happened with this cashier either. I was present previously when another customer was disrespected by her. The customer confronted the cashier and pointed out that she is always rude to her whenever she visits the store. The cashier denied this and showed no remorse for her behavior. A number of customers who were present at the time, agreed with the customer who complained. Unfortunately, the Manager was not in on that day. The Staff are in serious need of customer service!!

Bought my daughter a school shoe toughees in November 2024 as it was her orientation day on the 3rd of December starting school reason being I bought the shoe in November I always only buy toughees my 1st Daughter who is 10 now as always being wearing toughees and never had I ever had a problem like this . So her orientation day was from 8am to 10am got home one school shoe was starting to peel tool it back (note I did nit even keep the receipt because I did not think I would ever have this problem as I've never had a problem with toughees )anyway in the store the girl says oh yes I remember you , you came with your daughter anyways they change the shoe give me another one now it's back to school my daughter has only worn the shoe from Wednesday to Friday I take the shoe back the whole shoe is peeling (not they gave me a receipt for the 1st refund and told me keep it as it has 6months guarantee) They refuse to give me my money back they need toughees to authorize it 1st and it takes about 7days but not telling me if I'm going to get my refund then the Manager says they will have to see because this is the is the second time and how do they know if I did but it from there, 1stly I wouldn't drive to a store I did not buy it from Secondly toughees is not suppose to do this in a matter of 3 days(note I drop my kid off at school 8am and pick her up at 12 so she is not running around waiting for me whole day at school) He says he has children and all kids kick shoes I said yes they do but toughees is not suppose to be peeling like this I will never Buy from Selfast again they are selling **** toughees , why would I waste my time and energy and petrol driving to a store I did not buy it from really come on .

I therefore, decided to take them off and decided that I will take them back to the store for an exchange not a refund. Today the 03/11/2024 I took the shoes back to the store in Randburg square meet up with the manager directly - explained the story to her exactly what had happened. guess what, she said she can't assist me as I have to call the head office for an exchange or a refund. I, therefore decided to leave the shoes in store and told her to keep them I mean I won't wear them anywhere with that puff sound and the shoes are still new and not won at all.

While I was shopping there was a kettle right in front of me of which I did not see, and it was in an area where people are walking around and shopping, as I walked I knocked it over and it spilled all over my feet, I am so disappointed because those employees did not ask if I am okay or show no concern all they did was say sorry and that it was a mistake, my foot is swollen up badly and I have second degree burns and yet no one asked if there is something they can do to help Me
