Senate Boutique Hotel. Cancelled accommodation night before after 12 hour drive and paying deposit

I have driven 12 hours to Knysna for accommodation I booked 3 months ago, and they called to cancel due to double booking the night before I arrive at the accommodation. The receptionist put the phone down on me then blocked my number, just after sending me an SMS to say they have evaluated my refund WHICH I NEVER RECIEVED.
