Unhappy whit the durability on Senbono watch

I bought i smart watch from Senbono South Africa, at the end of October 2025. Im a watch fanatic and there AFT66 just looked like a everyday wear watch in this busy world. I was intrigue with there slogan, SMART, STRONG, and STYLISH. The watch exceeded my expectation and i could track my health, use it whilsh swimming, just a good quality watch. On the beginning of the week, my watch fell of my arm, and i though that the pin on the strap came loose, but on closure inspection i found that the watch casing broke off were the pin for the strap goes. So the watch might be SMART, STYLISH but idoubt if it's STRONG. I got hold of Senbono and attached the photos of the watch, and the only thing that they got to say is, sorry sir we can only sell you a new watch without the straps. Not even can we get the watch to see what could,ve gone wrong nothing. I am unhappy with this, 3 months of having this watch and it broke. So this will mean taking care of something just to know that the changes of it breaking again is good.

I wish i could upload a photos of the condition of the watch, so you could see the condition on the watch, been looked after and no damage what so ever.
