Disgraceful service!! Avoid if you can!

It's been almost two months since I placed two separate (and not even large) orders - and I'm still waiting for missing items. They've sent me the wrong item three times, and the lack of communication is just unbelievable!! It’s like they don’t even care.

I do a lot of online shopping - even orders from America to South Africa arrive faster than this. That says it all! What's even more frustrating is that their clothing is genuinely good, but the service? Absolutely shocking!! And judging by all the other reviews on HelloPeter and other places, saying the same thing, this isn't a once-off.

Honestly, if you can avoid shopping here, please do. Save yourself the stress. Hands down the worst experience l've ever had. What an absolute nightmare!
