I have been struggling since 28.09.2025 to date (27.11.2025) to get a miniscule refund from Senqu. Their after-sale service and general inefficiency (especially from their head office's side) is ghastly. Would not set foot in a Senqu store (especially the branch in Meyerton, Riverstone Mall) out of principal.

Seems like not only the online service is bad. Got gifted 2 items but were 1 size to small. Took it to my nearest store with tags in place. Asked if I could exchange. Really rude lady at the counter. Phoned her manager with promise to call back. Hanged around for another 15-20 minutes. Queried again. Was told the lines are busy. Can it really be that difficult. Rude, unprofessional and couldn't care attitude. Vergelegen Plein Shopping Centre, Somerset West

I placed an online order for a tracksuit set on the 25th of June. When the order arrived, they packed and delivered the wrong size. I requested an exchange of the item for the correct size. Almost a MONTH later, I am still waiting. Kalin and Hlengiwe (SENQU employees) are not helpful at all. They engage you in endless emails under the guise that they are sorry and willing to assist yet they are far from helpful. If you want a headache, place an order online.

It's been almost two months since I placed two separate (and not even large) orders - and I'm still waiting for missing items. I do a lot of online shopping - even orders from America to South Africa arrive faster than this. That says it all! What's even more frustrating is that their clothing is genuinely good, but the service? Absolutely shocking!! And judging by all the other reviews on HelloPeter and other places, saying the same thing, this isn't a once-off. Honestly, if you can avoid shopping here, please do. Save yourself the stress. Hands down the worst experience l've ever had. What an absolute nightmare!
