TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I returned items that I purchased online on the 29th of April. With the items I returned, I returned a second package that THEY sent by mistake. I haven’t received any feedback regarding my refund for a week now, after they said it would be processed! I would NEVER recommend shopping online with SENQU!
