Order #15397 On 08 September 2025 I bought clothing online from SENQU for our business. I have been struggling to get an invoice for our books since then with just promises and promises and promises......
On 15 May 2025 I made a online purchase to the amount of R6,846.30 from makro. The paymemt was sucessfull and went thru on my account. I even have a refrence number that I supp**** to them. Apparently the order was not placed or mismatched. They would sort it out...... Oh boy...... I received no deliveries and the money is stilll in their acvount. I phoned and emailed themb all of off then proof. They then requested our banking confirmation and proof of payment and ID DOCUMENT. Twice allready! TILL TODAY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER OR REFUND. JUST A WHOLE LOT OF REFERENCE NUMBER. SO MANY REFERENCE NUMBERS WAS RECEIVED. THAT WAS ALL IT WE RECEIVED. Worst customer service and treatment EVER!!!!! I ordered online via the application and made the payment. (The order and payment was approved - 1 Got the app notification the order is placed; 2 The payment was approved and taken from my account; 3 A email verification invoice was mailed to me) I sent my son to go and collect the order.... When he arrived to collec5 the order hebis informed that " They did not receive the order and he must supply PROOF that such an order had been placed. " My son then supplied the cover page of the email, the invpice as well as the proof of payment to the Manager of the branch. He informed my son that it was insufficient proof of our order......? He is unable to assist and that we should resolve the issue with SPUR's customer care the following day. (IN OTHER WORDS: DEAR CUSTOMER, IT SUCKS TO BE YOU. I AM SORRY TO HEAR THAT. IT IS NOT MY PROBLEM.) At that point I told my son to place the order and wait for the order. (That is afterall the reason whyvwe placed the order....., we were hungry). The manager then informed my son that THEY were closed (Please note that was at 9pm. The internet closing hours are 10pm. He then suggested that my son / us should return the following day after we resolved it with cistomer service........ (OH HOW CONVENIENT....) The process: We ordered on the application paid the order, received the email confirmation and email proof of payment just to waste your energy on people in the service industry that does not want to undetstand any reason or even assist to get it resolved. Worst SPUR ever!!!!! Minus 10 star rating.
NEVER GOT Samsung Galaxy Buds Live with Galaxy TAB S7+ I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Tab S7+ on 16/04/2021. The listed promo promo is part of the purchasing transaction when buying Galaxy TAB S7+. "Buy the Galaxy TAB S7 or S7+ and Get the Samsung Galaxy Buds Live* Valid from Apr 01. 2021 ~ May 06. 2021" From the day that I have received my tablet up to today I have not had any success claiming Galaxy Buds Live. - I have written so much e-mails and forwarded to so much e-mails as well as *********** without any success. - Phoned Samsung. The first call we got cut off. The second call the person had me do a few things and then referred me to another person. In all these instances I had to do the following steps again and again and again.... without any success. - I have contacted via Samsung as well as a chatted-on Samsung Members for help. (They were unable to assist me?) These are the steps that I had to complete over and over and over I have completed every step as requested but to no avail? (See screenshots?) Delete Samsung Members again. Download and install Samsung Members again. Registering the device. Deleting cache and cookie files. Going under content / benefits / vouchers – NOTHING!!!!!!!!! They even had me creating a new Samsung Members account. Not even that helped. Is this false adverti*****t? I bought the Tablet directly from Samsung Shop and they received the payment. I am struggling to get the "promised" offer for which I paid for. I provided them with invoice / order / serial numbers. They promised to get back within 48 hours. REALLY.....NOTHING. If you buy the Tablet and the promotion is part of the transaction, why would they not complete the order and send the complete package? Or is this false advertising and a rip-off? GOT TO "LOVE" SAMSUNGS NON EXISTING CUSTOMER CARE..... IF THEY ARE UNABLE TO REACH YOU VIA PHONE THEY NOTIFY YOU VIA EMAIL THAT QUERY HAS BEEN CLOSED WITHOUT NOTIFYING YOU OF THE OUTCOME. THE PROBLEM IS I DID NOT RECEIVE THE BUDS AS PROMOSED IN THE PROMOTION. I WAS UNABLE TO CLAIM THEM ON MY SAMSUNG MEMBERS ACCOUNT. THEN THEY REQEUSTED ALL THE PURCHASING DETAILS, INVOICE, NAME & SURNAME, ID NUMBER AND ADRESS.... SOUNDS HOPEFULL FULL OF EMPTY PROMISES AND THEN YOU RECEIVE THE EMAIL BELOW. SEEMS TO ME THEY KEEP YOU OCCUPIED UNTIL THE PROMO PERIOD IS OVER AND THEN THEY SAY YOU CAN NOT CLAIM ANYMORE..... I HAVE TO UPGRADE MY CELLPHONE CONTRACT THIS MONTH AND WAS CONCIDERING THE SAMSUNG S21 ULTRA.... APPLE IS STARTING TO LOOK LIKE A MORE VIABLE OPTION. SAMSUNG WITH ALL THEIR DIFFERENT DIVISIONS ARE UNABLE TO RESOLVE A SIMPLE PROMO BUDS CLAIM AFTER RECEIVING ALL THE REQUESTED INFORMATION.......... Since 09/10/2019 we have been sending e-mails back and forth to try and get this issue resolved as this is a costly birthday present which we can not just replace due to the amount..... They have now notified as that they will be collecting the EXTRA Mecer Xpress Smartlife 10.1" 3G + Wi-Fi Tablet - Black @ R1499-00 (I received x 2) but have yet to confirm the amount they will be crediting us with? There is a huge price difference between the Mecer Xpress Smartlife 10.1" 3G + Wi-Fi Tablet and the Apple MacBook Pro 13-inch with Touch Bar: 1.4GHz quad-core 8th-generation Intel Core i5 processor, 256GB - Space Grey 2019 (Colour: Space Grey) @ R25,999 (NOT RECEIVED - NOW LISTED OUT OF STOCK)
