Sitting at home a few days later while connected to home wifi which is actively working and being used, suddenly I get a notice from MTN on my phone to say that I have just run out of data. 3. Today I exposed Nedbank's price gouching I have been a Nedbank client for a long time and in 2025 specifically I started noticing discrepancies in the debit amounts from my business bank account by a massive 4% when making international card purchases from suppliers. When I asked my private banker, she advised me that Nedbank is not responisble for the excess anmounts and that I need to discuss the issue with my suppliers whom she insisted is over charging me. How embarassing that my supplier had to show me their bank statement to prove that they only receive the same amount as on their invoice. It seems that the bankers know no more than the basic knowledge of a teller, else why was I given such false information? A cover up to conceal the price gouching perhaps? Either way there is a massive problem here... I visited Capitec today and noticed that they charge a max of R200 per international transaction irrespective of the amount purchased. WELL!! I did a transaction for R58 500 via Nedbank and was charged a whopping R2400 extra over and above the supplier invoice amount!! I will be moving all my accounts over to Capitec where the charges are far more fair and in line with the serivces offered. I am tired of getting ********** and **** to, this is not how you do business and serve your clients, not in any scenario.....you guys should be ashamed of yourselves.
I've enjoyed a full year of nothing but stellar service from DHL. All my shipments were in time or ahead of time, no damages and great communication. Special thanks to Brad, Tebogo and Denise for stepping up and pulling off what seemed impossible. I have so much gratitude for you guys!
My experience with SCG has been nothing short of unacceptable. Last month, I received an unsolicited email informing me that I had been automatically signed up for a cybersecurity service — with a monthly fee almost equal to my phone bill. This was done without my consent, without my approval, and without even a basic explanation of what I was supposedly being charged for. I immediately raised the issue and made it clear that enrolling a client into paid services without permission is ********* and completely out of line. Their response made it obvious that they were far more interested in adding charges than respecting their clients. There was no accountability, no apology — just indifference. I explicitly stated, in writing, that they are NOT permitted to sign me up for this service. Yet this morning, I received another email prompting me to log into a cybersecurity portal and view my “first monthly report.” In other words, they continued the signup even after being told in no uncertain terms to stop. This level of disregard for a client’s consent is alarming. Proceeding with paid services after clear objection is not a mistake — it’s a deliberate choice. SCG’s conduct shows a blatant lack of respect and a shocking willingness to ignore client instructions. I find their behaviour completely unacceptable, and others should be aware of these practices before doing business with them.

I have a pending shipment and invoice for import but there is no invoice and no way to verify the correct billing information will be used on your invoice. The problem is you have ZERO contact information available, not even an email?? How do I now communicate with someone to avoid disaster caused by your lack of communication?
Super arrogant drivers! Driver goes to wrong address then marks the delivery as cancelled, collects the delivery fee and we need to order again, wait again and pay for ANOTHER delivery fee? Why are you doing this to loyal customers? Stop employing arogant drivers, that dont have licenses, no business etiquette, nothing - but you take hard earned money from what is supposed to be YOUR CLIENT! Next time I see a driver I'll certainly put my foot on the gas....
