Do not buy from Senqu online. Rather go to the store trust me. Service no where near as good as the product. Quite the opposite, and they very obviously DO not care.

Be careful when buying a used vehicle from this business. Bought a 2016 Outlander for 340k, when it went for the first service (yes, around a year later) at the agents - I was told needed new shocks, brakes, etc. Around 20k. Right after that an electronic fault resulting in 46k. IE car was definitely not in good condition as you would expect when buying from "decent" businesses. When I emailed the dealer principle, and followed up many times to try get some sort of support, he simply lifted the shoulders and said it's my problem, I should have checked earlier, vehicle is out of warranty. Wouldn't even consider any support nor advise. Just shrugged. Very nice. STAY AWAY.
FNB sim card/ connect product. Stay very far away, especially if you live in KZN. Paying R1500 per month for Iphone and sim package, can only use while on Wifi. The first sim was faulty, what a nightmare to get a new one. Second one works, but I don't have signal ANYWHERE. The complaints department is not interested to help at all. Nightmare. Tried the appchat, email, device guru, went into the branch. Stick to banking FNB.
South Africa - DBN to PTA: I booked and paid for a dreamiliner ticket. I received an SMS at 19h42 saying the bus was delayed from 21h15 till 23h00. I called and confirmed that this was my bus that was delayed. I arrived at the bus station, and saw it was a citiliner bus. They informed me that there is no dreamliner, it has left already. I had the worst trip of my life, the citiliner bus stopped many times, was overloaded, had to stop and wait for other overloaded busses to take on more of their passengers. Drivers and staff are unprofessional and rude. Bus is uncomfortable, seats broken. Reference; 5RQDQPX then sending me a delayed generic email offering me 30% back on my fare is your idea of how to remedy this situation? Your handling of complaints is as bad as your treatment of passengers.
