After saving for quite a while i bought myself a Sensation competition stand. With much eagerness i arrived at the dam only to find that halve of the wingnuts were faulty. needless to say there goes my excitement out of the door.

Good day I bought a new Sensation rocket limited edition fishing rod, on my first cast with the rod i saw my fishing line was damaged. On closer inspection i saw that the eye in front was broken. I took it back to shop where i bought it. After a long discussion with the rep on the phone thy refuse to exchange or replace.

Good day Peter. I am a fisherman that the beginning of the year purchased a new fishing rod ( a Loomis and Franklin Shockwave) I used the rod once just befor the lock down and then couldn't use it due to the lockdown so had it stored for a few months even purched extra protection to store the rod as not to damage it as it cost R2700 witch I saved for almost a year to purchase it and to upgrade my equipment. The next chance I got to use it it snapped in the middle and I then took it back to the store witch "called the rep" witch said no warrenty claim as I had it for a few months already. I have since contacted the face book page looking for a resolution to witch was told to send the rod to the factory in jhb (at my cost) I have been ignored and have heard nothing from the shop or the factory and I as the customer have been left in the dark and my money seems to have been thrown down the toilet they do not care about the customer what so ever and could not be bothered to help in any way they have my money and that's it
