I have the Rain 101 router for almost 7 months now, the last 4 months have been hell, my router work sometimes fine and other times I connected without internet. I have loaded service tickets and even called them a couple of times to no avail, everytime I call them it is the same old story(will load a support ticket) and then they forget about you
Good day I bought a new Sensation rocket limited edition fishing rod, on my first cast with the rod i saw my fishing line was damaged. On closer inspection i saw that the eye in front was broken. I took it back to shop where i bought it. After a long discussion with the rep on the phone thy refuse to exchange or replace.
I took out a vodacom fibre package about 2 years back, i moved in January to a new address and asked them to move my wifi to new address. I was told that i had to wait 30 days for them to log a service agent to it, i accepted it and waited for 30 calender days. On the 28 of February i was informed that they will move my fibre on the 18 March, but i have to pay in full for February and March. How can i pay for a service that i didn't receive. I am going to remove all Vodacom routers, cellphone contracts from my house. I am done with vodacom. This is theft
