POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND USLESS SMART DEVICES

They installed 3 devices on 3 brand new geysers hardly 48 hours 2 devices were sending incorrect messages technician came to my house 4 times and even told the office that the devices seem to me sending wrong messages .

They decided to deinstall their devices only to find that these devices have burnt 2 of my circuit breakers on the DB and now they are refusing to pay the excess of R1000 for an electrician to sort out the mess they created

Pathetic company with useless device
