POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND USLESS SMART DEVICES They installed 3 devices on 3 brand new geysers hardly 48 hours 2 devices were sending incorrect messages technician came to my house 4 times and even told the office that the devices seem to me sending wrong messages . They decided to deinstall their devices only to find that these devices have burnt 2 of my circuit breakers on the DB and now they are refusing to pay the excess of R1000 for an electrician to sort out the mess they created Pathetic company with useless device

This is by far the worst cellphone insurance, its really pathetic I submitted my claim on the 2nd of July 2021 and i have still not been assisted. When i call i am told they cannot get my sim usage so who the hell must get the usage ?? Then i am told that i need to produce proof of sim swap so in all honesty im suppose to keep a receipt for a sim swap whereas my simcard was blocked and i told the agent that I did a sim swap and i am calling him with that number
On the 27th of November my wife used the service from florida to crown mines , she then forgot my car keys in the taxi. She has sent countless emails with no response. My phone was stolen and reported to finrite on the 8th of May and I havent recieved any feedback from Telkom insurance (Finrite ), I have sent countless emails with no response. I was told that they have requested a usage report and that was the last off it. I have never missed a monthly premium and this is the 1st time I claim and I dont understand why I have to struggle!!!

2 weeks before my wedding I purchased a set of wedding rings for R7999.00 , the wedding took place on the 30th of March 2018 ... The rings have faded and are in a bad condition it's not even a month however I'm told that Stern's cannot change the rings or do anything about it because it's 30 days after the purchase... That is nonsense I can't spend so much money and only wear something for 2 weeks then I'm told it cannot be exchanged.
