Never in my life have I seen a so-called international firm has useless like Sentinel. They have no honor in doing their Job or delivering the service they are supposed to do to the customer. I have several examples where I have left messages and e-mails to the lady named Adele who is working with my late father's trust that is made out to my younger brother who is still underage to manage anything in the trust that is there to look after his welfare. She doesn't care at all I always need to make several attempts before she will reply never the less to do. My complaints also seem to be let in the wind because I never see anything to be corrected or changed. This is only one of few complaints I can testify about this Company's poor, poor, very poor service.
