Firstly, what was discussed was not installed. The shutters in the main bedroom were supposed to be split in the middle. While they were installing I phoned Christi to ask why it's a single panels and the answer was Blockhouse could not split it because of the length. No phone call to ask me am I okay with this, he literally just went ahead and changed the order without so much as discussing it with me, so I basically have to live with it.
Secondly, there were several defects after the installation was done. Dents in the louvers, scratches on the frames, incorrectly measured track. They came back to repair 1 of the louvers and the track 6 weeks after the install. The 2nd louver is still not repaired because they didn't have the right size when they came to do the repairs. Guess it's another 6 weeks of waiting.
Not a single person from Sequ-Door phoned me after the install to ask if I'm satisfied or happy with the installation. I had to complain to them after seeing the poor workmanship. My recommendation is to avoid doing business with this company.
