I purchased a Serta bed and, shockingly, within just two weeks the base started making a loud, irritating noise. I reported the issue and the store exchanged the base, but the exact same problem occurred again almost immediately the other side still makes noise. This clearly shows a serious quality issue with the product.
For the amount I paid, I expected long-lasting comfort and durability, not repeated defects in such a short time. I am extremely disappointed with both the product’s quality and the inconvenience caused by having to deal with multiple exchanges and discomfort.
I believe Serta should stand by their brand promise and either provide a properly inspected, defect-free replacement or issue a full refund. Customers deserve products that meet the standards advertised, especially at a premium price point.
