Almost 3 months later and still waiting on payment

Almost 3 months later...still waiting on payment.

Hi, I'm complaining on behalf of my cousin. Was working as Cleaner from 12 August 2025 till 23 October 2025. Still didn't not get any payment. They keep telling him hell get payment by end of the month. So many end of the months have since past yet he's still waiting. Keep telling him they're busy investigating or busy processing the payment.

I've contacted your customer service using the contact form on your website. Everytime we ask for an update we're being told HR is busy with the investigation. How long can it take to resolve this simple issue. Imagine it was your pay that was late...I'm sure you will Not be willing to wait this long. They have all the info they required.

This is really an inconvenience...and disappointing, don't expect treatment like this from a company like Servest.
