I'm so disappointed by Servest group we did interviews at St johns college we were told on the spot that we passed the interviews finger prints were taken we were told that before end of the week we will be called to come and start working but it been 2 months 20 days now why should they conduct interviews while they know they don't need us we wasted money for CVS and transport for nothing it not fair

This great star rating, is for Candy Sabatini, certainly not for Servest Cape Town. That would have been a terrible star rating.
I had been attempting to order water filters for my water cooler from Servest Cape Town for over three months, with no luck whatsoever. I have been ordering these filters for the past six years, I order about 4 each time, with very little hassle. However on this occasion I was sent from pillar to post with people promising to phone me back and of course no call backs. Today, I again tried telephoning their Cape Town offices a number of times and each time, after going through to a full advertising voicemail for about 2 minutes I was then cut off. Out of total frustration I telephoned the Johannesburg offices, which was answered after a few rings, I was put through to Candy Sabatini in the Cape Town offices. What a difference, she listened to my, I apologize Candy, rantings, and had the situation sorted within 5 minutes. Thank you Candy, you saved my sanity, or whatever was left at that stage. And of course your directors from receiving numerous emails letting them know what I though of their company.

Servest actively withholding payment despite numerous follow-ups.
We are one of the suppliers that is owed by Servest. The debt is from as far back as 2023. When we request them to pay, they give us the run around. Even today in 2026, I have not received proof of payment. They are mistreating their stakeholders. I have been talking to Miss Taylor who consistently has a story.

Threatened and humiliated by 2 people who are supposed to protect me as one of the Galleria Mall employees.
My husband and myself were threatened, humiliated by 2 armed response security guards of the Servest Company at the Galleria Mall on Tuesday 23 December 2025 around 18h45 driving a vehicle with number plate LP79ZL GP.

Servest guard services power-tripping incompetence
I had an incident in January 2025 with Servest. They would not allow me to exit route 21 Office Park without a letter from a company (I don't even work for a company there, and just dropped someone off)... South Africa Security Regulations wrt Private Property clearly spells out the only circumstances that they are allowed to detain me without my consent. But, the Law does not apply to Servest and their guards, apparently they are above it. Servest phoned and apologized. And said that they will correct their guards and clear up the situation. Today 26 Nov 2025, I had to go and sign papers at Route 21. I was stopped at the gate, told that I have been blocked, and it was said out loud that I did wrong things when I was last there. So, wanting Servest to adhere to the legal regulations is apparently wrong. So, I was made to look like a ******** in front of the other people, and the papers had to be brought outside for me to sign, making me look more like a ********... But there's more. The person who I dropped off previously, the person who was not with me when the incident occurred, the person who's car was not at work that day; Their vehicle was blocked too. So, apparently the above the law Mr Johan Buurman, decided just because I want Servest to adhere to the law, they will be petty and block someone's car, who has been working there for 7 years, just for associating with me. This is how professional Servest is. So this bafoon is making the current working life of another person hell. just because I had a problem with them adhering to SA Legal Regulations. Pathetic Now please provide a legal reason for me being blocked. And hoe it was a crime for me to exit without a letter from a company (for whom I neither work nor had an appointment). What legal rights to restrict my movement does this company have according to Servest? I ID'd myself, disclosed my reason for being there, did not refuse to be searched, and was not suspect to having committed a crime inside. So what legal reason is there for my ban???

Almost 3 months later and still waiting on payment
Almost 3 months later...still waiting on payment. Hi, I'm complaining on behalf of my cousin. Was working as Cleaner from 12 August 2025 till 23 October 2025. Still didn't not get any payment. They keep telling him hell get payment by end of the month. So many end of the months have since past yet he's still waiting. Keep telling him they're busy investigating or busy processing the payment. I've contacted your customer service using the contact form on your website. Everytime we ask for an update we're being told HR is busy with the investigation. How long can it take to resolve this simple issue. Imagine it was your pay that was late...I'm sure you will Not be willing to wait this long. They have all the info they required. This is really an inconvenience...and disappointing, don't expect treatment like this from a company like Servest.
